Our reupholstering department has a fast turn around. After the fabric is selected and received, it generally takes about 2-3 weeks to complete the re-upholstering process.

Absolutely you can supply your own fabric and we take great care with your fabric.  You can even  ship it directly to our showroom.

Yes, the quality of faux leather has improved immensely over the years.  It is much less expensive and easier to work with than real leather and measured by yards.  We especially like using it for banquets, ottomans, dining chairs, and pieces that need frequent wipe up with wet cloth.

We can and we have.  Each piece is unique. And must be quoted separately and treated with great care. 

Yes we do. The process will take longer and cost a bit more than a standard reupholstery project.

Yes we make all types of pillows, banquets, seat cushions and more.  If needed, we will come and make templates for unique spaces.

The process is extensive. We strip the furniture to the frame.  Before we begin the re-upholstery process all woodwork, springs, fillings, webbing and padding are thoroughly inspected.  We replace any foam or dacron padding used around the frame, we also do any minor repairs as needed.  Our clients receive a pristine piece of upholstery inside and out.

Yes, we make custom slipcovers perfectly fitted to your piece of furniture.  Once we have the fabric, we go to your home with the fabric, make a template, take it to our workshop for sewing then bring it back and place it on your furniture. It’s great value, and your pieces stay in your home while we do the work.

Re-upholstery is necessary when the fabric on a piece of furniture starts to fade, tear, or look old.
New foam for the seats is required when the seats no longer sit comfortably or start to sink in.
Sometimes new foam is only necessary for the arms and backrests.
The proper repair of most furniture pieces can only be determined when the piece is stripped and the upholsterer is able to look inside the framework.

When deciding to go the route of re-upholstery, look at the piece that needs recovering and ask the following questions:
Do I like the style of this piece? Does the piece have sentimental value? Is it a good-quality piece of furniture? What type of wood is it made of? Is it a period piece?

If any of these questions apply to the piece of furniture you are considering redoing, then upholstery is definitely the answer.
